O hotel é bem cuidadoso com a limpeza, a suite é ampla e confortável, toalhas e lençóis cheirosos e de otima qualidade. O atendimento dos funcionários da recepção Fábio, Denilson e Vanderlei, além do Felipe do restaurante foi diferenciado, mas toda a equipe é muito educada e solicita. O café da manhã é farto e com boa apresentação e não apresenta muitas variações. Dos itens que experimentei, gostei do pão de queijo, das tortas de pêssego, e de bolachas. Não gostei dos bolos e principalmente do café coado, que achei fraco.

Foi contrato um quarto para casal, com uma cama de casal mais 2 camas de solteiro e nos forneceram um quarto de solteiro com uma cama de casal improvisada em um sofa cama, onde havia um colchonete muito desconfortável, no lugar do colchão.
