Bayshore closed down so we ended up staying at their sister hotel Glacier Suites. It was clean, bright, newly renovated, great service and we had an excellent stay. I would recommend it.

Unfortunately the staff gave us incorrect information twice and seemed very uncaring. They told us the boat to Crypt Lake Trail had stopped running, and that changed our plans completely. The boat was still running for three more days. The staff also told us that almost everything was shut down when in fact, it was not. It seems as if they were ready for the season to be over and it actually wasn’t. I’m advising that when giving out information please make sure it is correct and take care of guests until the last day. The trip is special to them despite the time of season.

Great place to stay in Waterton. The rooms are a good size, staff is friendly, the restaurant and pub that are connected to the hotel are both the best spots in town and there is lots of parking.

It’s a motel, not a resort / spa. The price does not match what you get. The room had nice furnishings. But we were placed next to the staff laundry room. It was so noisy in the morning. The machine gave the room a nice 72 decibel droning sound. Actually have a headache from staying here. Also apparently the town shuts down the last weekend of September. Bring a kite. It’s windy AF!

A great location right in the centre of the village with easy access to restaurants. Steps from Waterton Lake and right beside the Peace monument. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay here. The property is an older one, as are all of the hotels in Waterton Park, but that makes it charming and this one has had some recent upgrades. Jeremy was extremely helpful in fixing a booking mistake i'd made. I'm forever grateful. We loved walking up to the Prince of Wales hotel for afternoon high tea and so many restaurants were in walking distance. Great stay!

At $500.00 per night, way over priced. Comparable to a Super 8 motel. Good location and dining but room itself very average. $200.00 to $250.00 would be much closer to value!

Loved the Bayshore Inn and Spa. The location was perfect.... with amazing views of the lake and mountains. It was just a few steps away from all the restaurants and shops in Waterton... and the beds were very comfortable after a long day of hiking in the Park. I would stay here again and highly recommend the Bayshore!
