On the positive side, the room was clean (with one important exception), reasonably priced, and in a good location. The exception was that on my second morning there (after they had cleaned the day before) I stepped on a large staple which was on the carpet which sliced into my toe. Getting into the place initially was difficult as well. There is a buzzer outside which no one answered. There was a phone number listed, but I had trouble accessing it on my American phone. Fortunately, a German who was staying there helped me. In general, no one really was around except the people concerned with breakfast. There were two signs up, each giving different checkout times. No instructions in the room about checkout, etc. All in all, a mixed bag.
