They did have excellent customer service as I had no trouble checking in and no problems getting my refund they didn't even try to fight me so I do appreciate that. However this place needs to be condemned. And once it's rubble the earth needs to be salted and burnt.

The front desk clerk couldn’t find my reservation even though I showed him the payment confirmation, itinerary and invoice. And with all due respect to him there was an extreme language barrier which very much hindered our ability to communicate. I was told I was unable to check in until the manager arrived which I was told would be half an hour. After an hour she still had not arrived; so I cut my losses and left.
