Disseram ser proibida a utilização da varanda do apartamento que existe uma lei q o hospede não pode ir na varanda, incrível rssrs Tivemos que demonstrar que isso não existe e então liberaram o uso Ficamos 4 diárias e não abasteceram nenhuma vez de shampoo, etc A limpeza é muito ruim e fizemos um pedido no serviço de quarto e depois de qiase 1 hora informaram q o item pedido (fliet aparetivo) não tinha, só tinha frango e o recepcionista foi sarcástico
