We got a room with a fridge that did not work. They sent a worker to look at it. He said it sounds like it was running. It never got cool and we had to throw out food. I ask for a partial refund to compensate for the extra we had to pay for a room with a fridge. They said no and that it was working. It was not. Also the elevator stopped working.
