Lovely family stay in a well serviced resort. Choice of restaurants and pools were good. Staff helpful. The chalet could have had a few more basics as not even a cloth at the sink to use. Also, a few things were more expensive than you thought… mini golf expensive and the buffet is pricey so you have to be very hungry to get your moneys worth! The staff work hard and it’s a happy place to relax and enjoy the beach.

This is a campsite not a resort. No food options. Very expensive and just not worth the price. We went to the nearby town of San Vincenzo every day for food and beach. Paradise is simply not worth the price.

Had higher expectations - but all in all was okay. The actually chalet was nice and clean and spacious even if only 20 square meters. Kids animation and staff was grand. Cars on premise are not allowed - but the train that was the only form of transportation around the resort only passed by every 20 to 30 minutes which was annoying. Food options very very expensive for not so good quality and variety. Had difficulty for my child to eat as gluten intolerant. Pools all close at lunch time - and so does the market - which is quite inconvenient. Overall at main pool not enough lounge chairs considering compacity and people. Often times we were on the floor and couldn’t fully enjoy the experience. Some staff members at the pools and main bar were quite rude which was dissapointing.

Hytten (Chalet Capraia) var pæn og renlig. Fint med varmt vand og vandtryk. Hytten er meget mørk og hule agtig. Vi manglede et lille bord med stole indenfor, mere opbevaringsplads til tøj og ting samt et større tørrestativ. Generelt et flot og rent område. Området er stort, men man kan sagtens gå det rundt. God parkering med masser af skyggepladser. Der bør være flere områder med rygning forbudt, især i poolbaren. Pools er lækre og rene. Generel fin opførsel ift. pladser og vi fik altid 2 pladser. Der er en vagt ved hver pool, og de kunne opretholde reglerne bedre (reservation af solsenge, rygning, badedyr, voldsom leg når der er fyldt mm.) Der er generelt mange i pools’ne, og selvom man kan få plads, skal man regne med at blive “ramt” af legende børn og vandplask. Stranden er rigtig lækker med fint sand, ingen tang og sten. Det er for dyrt at leje solstole. Man kan sagtens ligge i sandet i stedet. Flere restauranter og poolbarer, som er hyggelige - men valget bliver enten junk fastfood eller speciel mad. Der mangler noget godt men simpelt. Strandrestauranten var middelmådig men ligger fantastisk. Pizzeriaet havde fine pizzaer, prøvede ikke andet. Nogle få smilende medarbejdere, men generelt virkede de fleste uinteresserede. Indtjekningen var decideret sur. Mange af de ansatte er ekstremt dårlige til engelsk. Al underholdning er på italiensk. Supermarkedet har ikke åbent længe nok (8-13 og 17-20). Deres app loader langsomt og man kan ikke se priser på buffeterne.

Für uns nicht das, was wir erhofft hatten. Hauptpool total überfüllt (und das Ende Juni/Anfang Juli vor den italienischen Ferien), Essen am Pool etc. mässige Qualität, eher teuer. Unterkunft ok, sehr klein (Pianosa), Balkon gut, Bett aber unbequem (wirkt synthetisch; Kissen naja), Klimaanlage reicht nicht aus für Kühlung, gerade im Kinderzimmer im oberen Bett unaushaltbar - entsprechend Schlaf mässig. Zimmer werden einmal gemacht (bei einem Aufenthalt von einer Woche). Liegestühle am Strand kosten viel (Hochsaison und 1. Reihe extra; haben es entsprechend nicht benutzt). Anlage sauber, gut gewartet, mit Shop (einigermassen brauchbar). Service mit Gepäck mässig (bei Ankunft am Wochenende lange Wartezeiten), sehr unpersönlich (Massenabfertigung). Für Kinder toll, sich frei in der Anlage zu bewegen (mit Trottinetts). Insgesamt zu basic, für uns keine 4 Sterne, geschweige denn um die 200.-/Nacht wert. Preis-Leistung stimmt für uns nicht.

Schon das dritte Mal in Folge, das sagt schon einiges. Gleichzeitig sind die Preise für Restaurant etwas hoch und die Küche erwas langweilig. Im il Bolgherese ist die Team-Managerin einfach die Beste. Engagement für beste Kunden-Experience? Oh ja! Ich hoffe das Management weiss das zu schätzen.

25 Euro für 2 Liegestühle pro Tag, 20 Euro pro Stunde wenn man Basketball spielen will. Die treiben es schon auf die Spitze. Es geht nicht darum, dass ich es nicht habe, sondern weil sie es übertreiben. Hotelanlage ist sehr gut gepflegt und Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Aber Fehler gleich am Anfang. In unserem Dreierzimmer hatte es für unseren Sohn kein Bett. Musste Nachgeliefert werden. Wir mussten es selbst beziehen. Danach festgestellt, dass zwei Kissen aber keine Decke gebracht wurde. Nicht toll... Aber für Familien ein Paradies.

Die Unterkunft bietet sehr viel an, sportliche Aktivitäten, tolle Poollandschaft und tolle Events und toller Strand. Wir hatten ein wenig Pech mit Ameisen, aber da wurden wir vor Ort sofort unterstützt. Das Essensangebot ist ein wenig kompliziert. Ohne Reservierung kommt man nicht mal eben an eine Pizza oder so.

Schöne Häuser. Sehr sauber. Der Pool könnte aber erneuert werden. Hier sind einige Platten e in Fach nicht vorhanden und die Kids können drüber fallen. Essen zu teuer und nicht gut.

Villaggio organizzato molto bene con attività, trenino per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni e ristoranti. Mare molto comodo con spiaggia attrezzata e libera raggiungibile a piedi. Ragazzi dell'animazione davvero bravissimi. Unica nota dolente la pulizia. Sia la pulizia inziale, sia la pulizia offerta dal Paradu' per scusarsi della pulizia iniziale insufficiente sono state deludenti.
