We had an awesome time! Very clean and comfortable room, not musty or anything. The breakfast and coffee outside was such a nice treat, too. We will definitely be back! The reviews don't lie, this place is amazing, unique and such a diamond in the rough!

Through the app it said the amount for the room would come out of my account in smaller amounts every week/few weeks, when i got there i had to pay nearly $500 for a small room with very little fridge space or space for any luggage. the “pastries at breakfast” are all snack foods presumably from the dollar store down the road. decent place to stay but wildly expensive for what it is

The owners (mother and daughter) were the nicest people. The location was super convenient, right across from GSP exit 25 and a short drive to the beach. Brand new bathroom. Nothing fancy but just right for going to the beach at a great price

Could not have been more happier with our stay and our experience! Room was spacious for our 5 children and very clean. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. My only regret was not having stayed here before. Will certainly plan on returning in the future!

Great affordable option for Ocean City!

Wonderful stay at the Boulevard Motel! My boyfriend and I were there for a single night stay and it was really great. Quick 15 minute drive to the Ocean City boardwalk and beach. Clean room with a comfortable bed and great A/C. Staff was wonderful and the check-in/check-out process was super simple and quick.

Cute, clean, quiet motel, 5 mins from the beach/boardwalk! There is a super convenient light designated for this motel when exiting which makes it safe on the busy highway. Check in/out was easy. Very friendly staff. I would highly recommend and stay here again! It was perfect for our family of 3 for 2 nights.

This property was close to the beach. It was quiet and clean. The TV didn't work, I should have asked to have them look at it, but really, I was out of the room exploring anyway. Very convenient. Got the hang of how to enter the parking lot and how to exit. Great price and exactly what I was looking for- not a lot of frills, just a comfortable sleep and coffee in the morning!

Excellent service and quality for the money. Only 10 to 15 minutes from Ocean City. Room was cleaned with fresh towels every day. Room includes Toaster, Stove, Microwave, Small Fridge/Freezer. Plates, Cups, Kitchen Utensils Etc. Awesome and rare for a hotel to have this.

Although our room was rather small, we had a comfortable stay. The air conditioner was more than sufficient for the room, in spite of the horrendous temperatures outside. In fact, we found ourselves turning it down a few times, and once even off completely for a little while! The room was very attractive, with well-appointed curtains and a fresh, pastel wall color that adds to the appearance. We knew the room would be basic, and that was no problem. More important to us was a good night’s sleep and a clean place to hang out when we weren’t on the go! The towels were quite plush, which is a welcome change to many smaller motels. The owners supply coffee and pastries from 8-11am weekdays under their holly tree, and 7:30-11am on Saturdays and Sundays. This is also unheard of, with most places clearing away their items by 9am. We appreciated the fact that they also had bananas and apples available. When we arrived, there were two cold bottles of water waiting for us in the small, but very clean, refrigerator. The only things missing were a few plastic cups for drinking and/or brushing your teeth, and the Gideon Bible. We were especially relieved to see that there is a traffic light specifically for travelers to exit onto a busy road right at the Parkway! (To be honest, that was my only concern when booking the room!) All in all, we had a nice, comfortable stay, the room was quiet, and Ellie was very pleasant to talk with. We appreciated her earlier text to welcome us :) Thank you
