Room was clean and someone cleaned it every day. However, the bathroom has no outlets at all, and the microwave and refrigerator were literally sitting unplugged, piled on a luggage stand. The mattress on the bed is pretty old.

Stayed here for my 3 day visit to Acadia, very glad I chose this property. Close enough to Bar Harbor and the park, but far enough away, so you’re not landlocked within the island. Clean room, clean property, parking lot is well lit night, and there’s a lobster shack right across the street that had the best bang for your buck lobster I personally found with my stay to Maine.

This was a perfect place for my daughter and I. The outside was cute with flowers and a bench to sit outside. The inside was clean and the bed was comfortable. It had windows that could open to let in the cool Maine air, and the gentleman at the lobby was very kind and friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The room was clean. The room had a full bed instead of a queen bed but according to the front office, we booked a full bed instead of a queen bed, but that’s highly unlikely. Through my experience of booking hotels/motels I never heard of a room having a full bed.

Our biggest complaint was the mattress- it was very uncomfortable and worn down. The room’s organization could have been better. The rack where you hang your clothes was on the wall next to the full size bed - overlapping the area where we were sleeping. The room’s cleanliness was good.,but we saw a couple of bugs.

My wife and I stayed here for a good few nights while we adventured around Acadia National Park. This hotel really stuck out to us at first because of the price and central location to many areas, while being just outside the hustle and bustle of Bar Harbor. When we arrived, we were greeted nicely and were given the lay of the land. We quickly new the places to go, places to avoid, and how best to navigate around the islands. Our room was simple and dated, but not in a bad way at all. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning worked great, and we had a fridge and microwave that could be used. The only downfall I could see is the size of the shower. It is definitely a single stall shower which required some getting used to, but after 2 nights, that was easy to figure out. I'd still give 5 stars for this either way. We would definitely stay here again!
