Our stay was amazing. The staff were incredible kind and helpful. They made our stay perfect. The only thing I would change is the cleanliness of the floors in the hotel room. Carpets and tille definitely needed some deep cleaning attention to detail on the cleaning could use quite a bit of adjusting. Outside of that it was a wonderfull experience and we will definiely be back! Thank you Doubletree Staff <3

They couldn’t give any information related to the event in the event center that is connected to the hotel. There is also a shuttle that runs to the casino but no one knew where it picked up at or the hours of operation. Train your staff so they can be informed and answer questions about events.
