Estivemos no Hotel com grupo de amigos, foi muito bom, porém, a diretriz de silêncio a partir das 22:30h, porém, os funcionários limpam as piscinas tarde da noite, fazendo barulho e conversando, alguns hóspedes gritam, cantam, conversam de madrugada, atrapalhando o sono dos outros e nada é feito. Serviço de lanches na piscina muito demorado e o atendimento não é legal. Agora no Parque, em que tive direito de ir, parabenizamos o senhor que fica na catraca da praia, sempre sorridente, dizendo Boa Tarde com muito humor e respeito! Lugar muito bom. Voltaremos!!!

Chegamos no hotel as 14h05 para realizar o check-in atendente muito atenciososa nada a reclamar. Mais qnd chegamos fomos avisados que o quarto nao estava disponível e que teria que aguardar e nao tinha previsão de quanto tempo iria demorar. O hotel tem que tratar essa situação com mais seriedade pois saimos de longe para se divetir e ficar esperando quarto ser limpo pra apos fazer check-in e muita falta de respeito com os hóspedes pois quando realizamos a reserva fica escrito que o check-in e a partir das 14h. Entao chegamos no horário. Hotel e ótimo atendimento dos funcionários otimo todos atenciosos e educados ja e a 4 vez que hospedamos nele por ser um lugar tranquilo bonito. Piscinas todas limpas e simplesmente maravilhoso. Cafe da manha excelente muitas variedades e acesso livro ao parque aquático que fica em frente ao hotel. Muuuito bom!

Hotel começa com um atendimento ruim (falta de conhecimento do funcionario, passagem de informação errada e demorando), depois a estrutura do hotel é antiga, quarto com moveis antigos e ar consicionado muito barulhento. A limpeza do quarto nao estava boa, os endredons estava fedendo. A parte de entreterimento é ruim, televisão antiga. esses foram os principais pontos !
