Bon séjour dans cet hôtel. Boissons chaudes et gâteaux sont à disposition toute la journée ce qui est très appréciable. Des espaces de détentes sont prévus. Au niveau du petit déjeuner, pas beaucoup de choix, c'est très limité. Au niveau du personnel, pas toujours souriant, l'ambiance pourrait être meilleure. Dans l'ensemble bon établissement.

Great atmosphere and style . We had a suite with two rooms and two bathrooms. Excellent for a family of four . The staff was very kind. The pool and lounge area are very zen and relaxing . A lot of stores and street food vendors just in outside. Is a little far from main attractions, everything in Bangkok is far even though looks closer on the map . Keep in mind traffic and peak hours . Only downside of our stay, the Internet in our room only worked the first day and they couldn't fix it . They offer to move rooms but it was a hassle.for the whole family . Otherwise highly recommend it .

We really enjoyed staying at UMA Residence. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was delicious every morning. Good hot water and water pressure in the shower. This hotel is centrally located to a lot of main attractions. We loved the neighborhood as well with the authentic feel of locals. We felt safe walking to the local grocery store and boba shop a few blocks away. I would recommend staying at this hotel.

The price was great and the room served it's purpose- clean and efficient. People in other reviews complained the area was not fun- but it had some of the best and most authentic Thai food in Bangkok! Loved the area much.
