The staff were so sweet and attentive, the laundry was decent and convenient. the only single issue is the ROACHES. The first room it was a few so I moved to another room on the other side of the building…omg them ROACHES were dormant for the longest then that morning omg they were everywhere in that room.

The room was extremely dirty! I had to clean off the tv so I could watch it. Bugs were everywhere! Light out in the bathroom and broken toilet seat. The entry door was a mess and has nothing holding the lockset into the door. Someone used spray foam to fill holes in the steel door. Bathroom door had a hole in it and had marker all over it. I wouldn't close the door anyway with bugs jumping out! One bed had box springs instead of a mattress. Parking was fine. This place gives new meaning to roach motel!!!

The first room that they put us in was filled with the cockroaches and the water pressure left nothing to be desired. I guess you get what you pay for, but I’ve stayed the other hotels motels for the same price and gotten better.

Had to change room because of roaches. Soon as i walked in the bathroom n sat down look over and 2 bugs just staring at me like i interrupted the play time. They xhanged me to another room which happened to be a handicapped room at first i didnt see anything until around 4 am turned on the light to wash hands and found baby bug. Glad i left my bags in the car didnt feel like drudging the cold to go out and get them. Otherwise id have had to leave all my belongings behind
