standard Thon hotel

Standard Thon quality. Excellent breakfast buffet. Polite service but could be more engaging (don't just look at me, say something!). Only issue is that i couldn't lock a door-size window in my room, so you couldn't complete block out the street noises.

The property itself was beautiful. The breakfast was extremely well done. However, the sink in the bathroom was stopped up and even though I complained about it several times, nothing was done to fix it. This soap dispenser was missing from the wall, and there was the insert sitting on the counter. I brought that to the managers attention and nothing was done about it either. They did not clean the room although we stayed for two nights. I had to get new towels from the girl with a cart down the hall. After the fourth time of complaining to the person at the front desk, someone came up and made one of the beds and left the other one unmade. The bathroom was never cleaned.

Fantastisk hotell. Klasse!

Vi ble møtt av blide og imøtekommende verter i resepsjonen. Gjennomgående rent og hyggelig over alt. Rommet vårt (superior) hadde minikjøleskap, vannkoker og kaffemaskin. Det var såper, kremer og badekåper tilgjengelig. For meg er det ekstra pluss for skikkelige glass både på badet, og også vinglass på rommet. Sengen og sengetøyet var innbydende og behagelig. Skal man begynne å lete etter noe å trekke for blir det at hodeputene byrde vært fastere når vi la hodet på puta fikk vi "ørevarmere" og bakhodet lå i madrassen. (Dette er et evig problem på hotellene rundt om... og vi har lært å brette putene slik at de blir greie. En annen ting er at one size does not fit all... For et menneske som har vært glad i god mat - litt over tid - så ble badekåpen så snau at den ikke kunne brukes når vi satt på balkongen... Frokosten er blant det aller beste jeg har fått på et hotell. Faktisk bare The Caledonian i Edinburgh som slår dette. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

Stort sett veldig bra. Hadde rom for fire stk. måtte slå opp sovesofa selv og gå og be om sengetøy og håndduker. Det har ikke flere glass og kopper selv om vi var fire personer.
