Very, very hot in lobby and hallways; also, in the room, where it took over an hour for the small air conditioner to cool it down to bearable. Two single cup decaffeinated coffee pods (no regular) were in the room with a 4-cup, cone filter coffee maker. The continental breakfast, when I went downstairs was empty of fruit, there were 4 tiny, individually wrapped muffins, and the coffee pot had one cup left in it. There was no one there to replenish (though a sign said to "dial 0 for an attendant", so I tried to make a new pot of coffee. However, there were no filters or coffee accessible to me. Luckily, as I was leaving, an attendant arrived, gave me two regular coffee pods and said she'd make a new pot of coffee. When I went back 10 minutes later (after discovering that single coffee pods in a cone filter coffee maker produce pretty crappy coffee), the attendant was gone, but the coffee was brewing.
Fridge and microwave worked great, and the room did eventually cool down. The bed was comfortable and the staff were very apologetic about the hotel's shortcomings.
