We loved our stay at Hotel Relief! The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean, the location was a close walk to stores, restaurants and atteactions, and the free bread breakfast was freshly baked. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved the all day ice cream and bread at breakfast. It was a great spot, and having bikes out the front to hire was also really beneficial for us to see around the city.

Location good for Edion arena. Breakfast consisted of fresh breads. They also had free self serve ice cream, it appears that they also self serve alcohol available, which created a loud party atmosphere:(.

We rented the Double Deluxe Bedroom and it was perfect. We had a spacious room where we could storage our luggage easily, a double bed (king or queen size), a small balcony, a nice bathroom separated from the WC, a kitchenette with refrigerator and a hotplate. The staff was really nice and welcoming. I recommand!

Arrived to learn "Sorry, onsen is closed," but otherwise with good service. Room was large, though a little tired. Despite overlooking the main road, we did not have late night noise problems highlighted by others. We slept well, so I think we were lucky. Breakfast was bread and cereal, and the breads were generally good with several choices. Tea/Coffee and Ice Cream available all day, and spirits for happy hour each day - nice. Nearby to both a supermarket and a Kizu Market, there are options for buying supplies. Problem: The lift is too small, and there is only one.

As it mentioned before, the property is old. The room is cleaned, but the beds and the room are too small for 4 of us (3 adults and 1 child). Very generous in amnesty. Pyjama is provided. Very standard breakfasts are included with free drinks and ice cream. Too much noisy from the road (even at night time). The location is just good. Walkable but not that easy access to station.

Great hotel! The bread buffet in the morning was awesome. I love bread and for me it was like a feast. They also provide complimentry soft drinks, ice cream, and alcoholic drinks which is super nice. The hotel is close to main attractions. The staff are friendly. We had an issue with AC control (all Japanese with no English instructions). They came to our room and fix the issue quickly. The wait time for the elevator can get long. That was the only downside if you get a room in the higher floors.

Fooled by the rating. Not a bad place but not as good as what i expected. Quite far from either train or subway station. Only 1 small lift. Room condition was gloomy and old. But rooms on the 10th floor are good. Free breakfast and drinks really helps the overall experience.

The cleaning service that was cleaning my room was ruined by jeans. Stains appeared on the jeans, as after bleach. The hotel staff didn’t even try to deal with the problem. There were only bread and bakery products for breakfast. The room is worn out and in need of repair. I don’t recommend the hotel
