It does smell like smoke in the hallways but thats about the only complaint. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I cannot say that about some properties I have visited and it is very meaningful when you're road tripping and tired.

Staff at check in and check out were great. The room was clean. A few things we noted, however, were that the lamps were in need of replacement/repair. They appear to both have a short. Also, the hairdryer in the bathroom did not work. Other than that, it was a good experience.

Staff was kind and helpful. Receptionist noticed I was very tired and give me a bottom floor room close to the front. Able to park right outside the side door. Room is spacious and clean. TV works well. Climate control works well. I have to admit that I haven’t stayed at a RRI since I was paycheck to paycheck 20 years ago—now I am a 4 stars or more girl. Was desperate today b/c felt ill and could not drive anymore due to exhaustion, was an hour away from destination and just couldn’t make it. RRI saved me.

I checked in and the guy was very nice that checked me in. I went to my room started to get settled in and took a shower and I came out and found to Cockroaches walking acosss the fridge one on the desk and returned back to bathroom to have found another one. I gathered up my stuff and went to the front desk. I asked the guys for a full refund due to me having roaches in my room. I went to show him my video I took and he said no need to show me and advised he would do the full refund. I felt like he knows they have a roach issue due the fact he was so quick to offer my money back.

I booked a non-smoking room and apparently it was given to another guest because I was told when I arrived that the only room available was a smoking room. Bed sheets had cigarette burn holes and obviously it smelled like smoke. I endured the night though. Not an enjoyable stay for me.

You get what you pay for, and I expected the room to be not so great. I booked weeks ahead and had already paid for the room. Arrived about an hour and a half early for check in, which was at 2:00 p.m. They said they wanted a $30 early check-in fee. Whatever. So we just went and shopped around for an hour and a half instead. No big deal. The hallway smelled really bad. Cig smoke and not sure what else. I'm pretty sure I smelled weed different times throughout the night. Expected at that price. Every door grinds open and shut, and doesnt latch unless slammed. So everyone slammed their doors all night so they would close proper. The bed spread had two holes right on top. The cealing had missing patches of texture and looked like repaired holes just painted over, all over the room. One wall look like it was getting ready to explode from the inside , and that was just painted over. There was a big bubble in the ceiling above it. The bathroom sink, which was a vessel sink, wobbled and I could have probably just picked it up if I wanted to. The water that was supposed to go down the drain all came out on the countertop. Safety hazard and made the counter unusable. The maintenance man did eventually come in try to reseal it I think, while I was out of the room. The water didn't drain anymore but the basin was still wobbly. Mini Fridge was not cold. Outside door wouldnt shut and lock. Staff okay. Water hot. A/c worked.
