The staff was kind. The hotel is very dirty. The carpet was not vacuumed in the room, there was not breakfast as stated, there were stains on the furniture, blankets and sheets appeared to not be clean. Unsafe environment for people.

Nice to know we're welcome back here...beds were clean and room smell fresh.We had some special requests & management and staff listen & help commenated us. That means a lot to us.Instead of the last hotel Red Roof Inn they didn't acknowledge any certains in fact I was frighten for my safety & health they didn't care instead one of there staff lied & said if you don't like here fine another hotel. We paid them 1600. for our stay.Thats not customer service at all ! Thank - You Super 8 !

This was not a place I would stay with kids at all. Also not a place that you would just want to hang out in the room all day. Quiet weekend

Room was great, bed super comfy. Nicer decor then most lower priced hotels. Tub didnt drain well but and bathroom floor wasnt swept well but overall; it was avgreat, quiet weekend. And they offer breakfast. I was amazed at how quiet it actually was being right next tonthe interstate and 2 truck stops. I will book again. Good value.

If you need a place to catch a few hours sleep and maybe shower this hotel is…fine. The smoke detector was gone and a bag was stuffed in the hole. The ‘non smoking’ room reeked of smoke. One of the locks was broken. The ceiling looked like it had come down recently and been poorly repaired, and might fall again. Holes in the drywall, the bathroom door didn’t latch, the shower leaked. The bed was fine and was really clean!

Decent value, no frills option

Hotel is basic, no frills, which is fine but the rooms could be cleaner and brighter. The carpet was dark but coupled that with a small ceiling light it felt quite dark. There's no lift, which was fine for us, but elderly people or someone with heavy luggage would struggle. Breakfast was available, but just toast, butter, cheese and yoghurt, no meat. The 2-slice toaster definitely need to upgraded. Staff was friendly, so no complaints there. One thing I really liked was that coffee was available any time of the day or night - and it was really good coffee, not mild coffee-flavoured hot water 😊 Overall, it was fine for the price we paid.
