Free snacks and attentive hosts!

We booked it at the last minute but the owners were right there to guide us through self check-in and answer any questions we had. We particularly enjoyed the complimentary snacks in the room. They provided 2 free Cokes and 2 Milky Way bars in the room! We loved the location, too, with easy access to restaurants and Sylvia’s Cafe for a great breakfast.

Good location, love the checkin. Room is small but adequate and the extras included snacks and bevs were a great touch. Problem was the mattress and pillows. Pillows need case covers. I almost bounced off the bed, if they invested in new bedding it would be much better.

The staff went overboard in our care. I managed to get a virus before arrival. They let us have the room early, added extra kleenex, treats and coffee. Room was immaculate and cozy. Convenient to everything. Great restaurant for dinner, Lobster Pot just 5 mins. away. Only 20 mins. to Acadia Nat'l Park. and Bar Harbor. Pizza Hut nearby too. Would highly recommend.

The staff was nice, the room was clean, we had a coffee maker but no coffee. The bed was not comfortable, it felt way too hard and the pillows were too big, uncomfortable to sleep on. I confused my room number so when I opened it with our code it was someone else's room, I didn't like that the code unlocked a room that wasn't ours, concerned me that someone may have had the code for our room.
