People who work there are very friendly and helpful / polite. Place is very fair priced. Rooms (at least mine, smallest category) are very simple and very small. Breakfast is small but enjoyable. Overall - very recommendable - and perfect for small budget.

The location is the BEST! it is walkable to the main places in la Zona Colonial. It is affordable, easy to check in and check out. I recommended for thoes who just want to leave your bags and walk and be out all day. It a simple hotel, to check in and check out. Its not the best for resting and having a comfortable silent evening.

I liked very much this property, hey for the price I couldn’t have asked for more! So I can’t complain, even though my room was smaller than expected I was very confortable and pleased. The quality of the service 10/10, the receptionist; I remember was guy ! I can’t remember his name, he was great and made feel happy with the option I took.

Awful experience. Paid for three nights and because I showed up at 4 am they sold my room to another guest. Transferred me to a “sister hotel” at 5 am, felt like I was about to be robbed. The transferred hotel was horrendous. No pool, just awful and dirty.

The check in was fine but I think you get what you pay for. The rooms were not that big, at least the double bed room I had. The bathroom was small. The rug was filthy and had a horrible smell. The bed was beyond uncomfortable. The mattress felt so cheap. I did not complain as I only slept there for a couple of hours but I could not possibly see staying there for a full day or more. Again, you get what you pay for as the rooms are inexpensive.

Inexpensive Hotel in the City - Hit or miss

Missed my flight so came back to stay another night using my reward night earned for staying here for 7 days. Left property maybe 3 hours ago to find out my room was already occupied and the only rooms available either has no TV or no refrigerator. Basically not as described. The front desk agent eventually upgraded me to a bigger room but there was no refrigerator and the TV was not connected to the internet service for smart tv programming like the room I had for 7 days, so I had a differentiated experience. Very inexpensive hotel and centrally located within the city but they need to establish consistency. I am not sure if because I used a reward night as to why I was being treated indifferently upon my return or if they can see such details but I definitely felt slighted.

While the hotel is a good value, and I have stayed here before many times, it is not a high end hotel. Very run down and aged. Staff was friendly and my only issue was the shower has too much water pressure, and beats down on you. Also, lots of small bugs in the rooms. The positive, was the WiFi actually worked the entire time, compared to previous visits and the hotel is very close to El Conde.
