Disappointment
The room in my first stay on 10 May was very good and I have left a good review for the hotel . My second stay on 16 May however, was far from satisfactory . I still remember the room is 212 near the elevator which was not an issue . The issue is , the room was dirty and despair. I know this hotel is 2 star and the cost is low, but I still expect a minimum standard for dwelling . I recommend full maintenance for the room. Problems : 1. Dustballs which I cannot ignore , 2 . Visible hair on the shower drain , 3 , shower head without stand , I need to hold it all the time. 4 , stain on bed sheet. …for 16 May , I paid 50 % more than my stay on 10 May , I really didn’t expect that the room was so…..
