Being a hostel the room wasnt bad but the breakfast was horribal. They didnt mention on website it was just toast and ceral. Also they mention shuttle to airport, but later added surcharge. Cheaper to get a grab. Location was fun in heart of Chinatown. But beds were hard. One thin blanket and one towel. Price too high for what we got.

We had six of us stay in a room and it was pleasant. It is a hostile so there’s a lot of people around and you share a bathroom, but that’s well defined when you pick out the hostel The staff was nice and check-in was easy and checkout was easy. It was clean in the bathrooms. The location is close to the train station and it’s right in the heart of Chinatown and it’s a nice location. A lot of restaurants nearby.

The facility is a bit dated, but the staff is kind and helped taking my bags to the room. The double bed rooms are small but very clean and comfortable. The only issue is that walls are super thin where you can hear your neighbors cough so be aware if you are sensitive. The location is super convenient and overall I felt 9/10 safe as a solo traveler.

This place can be good not only for budget travelers, but also for petite business travelers, as there is a wooden desk in common area. The hostel offers breakfast and the employes were mostly friendly. Sometimes the bathrooms were a bit crowded as many people have to share. There were issues with my flight / luggage (caused by the airline) that impacted my plans - Wink was very responsive with getting back to me when I message them. Great customer service. Thanks for asking what I didn't like. The bed was the most uncomfortable that I have experienced in my travels The mattress was 3-4 inches thick, hard, so worn out that it had a valley right down the middle that was impossible to roll out of. Once you were in "The Valley" you were stuck there. I woke up everyday with extreme back, neck and shoulder pain. Now what did i like? The staff were helpful. The water in the showers was hot. Providing a continental breakfast was nice. location was very good. To summarize ... I would consider staying there again if the bedding was better or I could bring my own bed.

I stayed in a private room at Wink @ Mosque Street in Singapore and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience. The room had a strong, unpleasant smell that could not be resolved, making the stay uncomfortable. Additionally, the room lacked windows or ventilation, resulting in no fresh air circulation. The hostel also enforces a no-shoe policy, which felt inconvenient. While the location in Chinatown is excellent and close to the MRT, the issues with the room's odor and air quality overshadowed these positives. I would not recommend this accommodation for those seeking comfort and fresh air during their stay.

The whole facility was clean, from the rooms, common areas, and bathrooms. Your bed is pretty much a capsule, so you don't see your neighbors once you climb into bed. there's also curtains for additional privacy and lockers below, which can store your luggage and a backpack. They clean the bathrooms every day during the late AM hours. Shoes are not allowed except in a small area of the lobby where you put your shoes on and go out. Best if you have a pair of dedicated indoor slippers to walk around and go into the shower (not anything against the property, but I personally prefer to not walk around barefoot in public places). Good value for the room, close to food options, a mall, and MRT station. Right in the hear of Chinatown so exploration is easy. Not too far from Merlion Park, and MRT rides to other parts of the CBD are easy. Would definitely stay here again if I came back to Singapore.

I had a very pleasant stay. This was my first time staying in a capsule hotel. The property is maintained very well. The shower and toilet rooms were very clean. The staff were very helpful with my check in. A short walk away from Hong Lim Market, and several other food options nearby. It was a great spot to stay in to explore Chinatown, and close by the MRT station.
