The hotel is old and run down. The hallway carpets are filthy and the bathroom had mold. The drain in the shower did not work. The car was parked in the garage during a rainstorm and the garage was flooded. The room key did not work every single time we left and came back.

o chuveiro do quarto estava péssimo, esguichando água pra todos os lados, pedi reparação e eles não me atenderam, o secador de cabelo do quarto tbm nao funcionava, dai vc tinha que ficar pegando um na recepção quando precisasse, ou seja, eles sabem que o secador nao funciona e mesmo assim insiste em deixar eles no quarto . o chato é vc reclamar pra direção e eles cagarem pra sua solicitação, sendo que a diaria nao foi barato , pois fiquei em época de carnaval. as meninas da limpeza sao super atenciosas e agradáveis , o cafe da manha tambem era muito bom, goistei!

A equipe foi solicita, porém, a estrutura deixou bastante a desejar. A ducha higiênica foi retirada do banheiro e não foi substituída, o assento do vaso sanitário quebrado e, ao sentar, prendia a pele, o exaustor do banheiro quebrado. Encontrei cabelo de outro hóspede em meu travesseiro e também, brinco no chão (que permaneceu ali mesmo após a limpeza). A academia poderia ser fechada, até mesmo por questões de segurança, pois o único equipamento existente estava quebrado e todo emperrado. O café foi bom, mas nada demais.
