Nothing good, nothing special. Just a bed to sleep in that was not dirty. In Chinatown, in the middle of everything. But do not expect anything but basic amenities.

If you’re looking for an inexpensive yet clean and comfortable place to stay this is your place. Nothing fancy and the room is small but does have a microwave and mini fridge. Just around the corner from unlimited food options and walking distance to area attraction's.

This is a budget hotel so don't expect too much. That said, my stay was fine and the big positive is the location. It is absolutely perfect as a base to see everything worth seeing and doing without the need for loads of Ubers and other transportation. Communication was good and check in was no problem. As I say, I'd you're after luxury this isn't for you but if you just need a place to rest in-between exploring, this is perfect. I would liken it to student digs in the UK. Better than a hostel as you're alone and have you're own bathroom but not as comfortable as mid budget hotel. I was perfectly happy with the room.
Philip, 4-night trip

Just a bed

Just needed a bed so I got a room which was quiet and comfortable. The shared bathroom is clean and in good working order.

Overall, it was exactly what we were looking for. Cheap, small, relatively clean, good air conditioning, quiet, polite staff. If you're expecting a beautiful, roomy place to stay, this obviously isn't it, but if you just want a cheap and convenient place to sleep and hang out downtown, I think this place delivers that exactly.

Ideal for the low maintenence type

The location of the property is in a very convenient spot. One block away in one direction is Chinatown, another way a nice park, and just a couple blocks south, you're in a very busy shopping area. This was one room, with 2 beds (very firm), 2 folding steel chairs, a table and a mini fridge. The bathroom was really nice and clean, though, the toilet seat could be fixed. This place is perfect for the 1 to 2 night trip as a place to rest and wash up. Ideally for the low maintenence visitor. Check-in was relatively simple. You alert the owner, they leave you a key with instructions, they take a photo of your ID and that's it. Check out, just leave the key in a box. Overall, I had a very good experience with this place, but I can see this not being everyone's cup of tea. But for the price and location, I'll gladly come back.

Chinatown stay

It was good for the price, but you had to pay extra per night for parking it’s not included. There were also stains on the sheets and no one would answer for check in for about 10 min. Overall it was good right by nice places though. ALSO housekeeping does not knock so be prepared for that.
Dimari, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

The stairs are very narrow, the room is small and there are no facilities.
Yinnu, 1-night trip

Place was clean, quiet and had parking around the back (for nominal cost). Could hear people in the hallway a bit but otherwise stay was good. Loved the rain shower!!
Tinku, 1-night trip

8/10 Very good

fair price for the room. mattress could be softer and no available AC
Regine, 2-night trip

6/10 Good

The fan was working really well. Even if it was super hot outside I was great in my room. The bathroom is very little and the shower isnt the best. The soap provided sucks. I was provided with good towels and bedding. Very hard bed but it works fine when you don’t have anywhere else to sleep. It was calm outside and inside.
I was happy about the table, chairs, microwave and fridge. Very nice.

Solo in Toronto for 3 nights

Very basic accommodations. On the edge of Chinatown, it offers a wide range of dining options and nightlife, and is in walking distance to nearly everything in Toronto, in addition to being a block from the Dundas trolly line. Property consists of 3 (I think) brownstone type buildings. I stayed in #33, which seems to have been recently renovated. It was very clean, and the room was spacious for one person. The room did not have any glasses, but did have a small fridge and a microwave. Not many flat surface areas to put things, no bedtable, etc. But still, the value was absolutely there given the price of hotels in Toronto. There is no parking on site, but plenty of lots nearby. I would absolutely stay here again.
