The hotel was kind of hard to find but other than that, the staff was better than I thought they’d be. Received the best customer service than all 4 hotels we stayed at during our trip around Italy. The hotel has a lot going for it. It’s in a great location, just a short walk from the Colosseum and surrounded by tons of food and shopping options. The staff were really nice and the room was clean and comfortable. Having breakfast included in the package was also a nice touch and made mornings much easier. That said, a few things took away from the overall experience. There was no TV or fridge in the room, and the rooftop bar which was one of the features that drew me in was closed during my stay with no notice. Even the TV in the common area didn’t work, so there weren’t many options for relaxing onsite. If you’re mainly looking for a convenient, clean place to sleep in a central location, it does the job. But if amenities and advertised features are important to you, it may fall short.

Great stay in Central Rome!

Absolutely amazing experience. Property is very well located, right in the center of Rome, the colosseum is visible down the street! Desk staff were very friendly and helpful, excellent service. Room was spacious, modern, and clean. Optional included breakfast is worth it in my opinion, very good and not pricy at all. I have no complaints with this hotel, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great location in Rome!
