5 min walk to Westfield Riccarton, and was quieter than on Riccarton Rd. Clean and tidy, spacious. Just no stove or stove top to cook, just microwave, kettle, fridge. Would stay again

Close to Riccarton Westfield

The unit was lovely, tidy, clean and nice decor. A few small areas in entryway that could do with a paint touch up. Outside is superficially tidy but closer to shows a few areas around the bottom of the units and the stairs could do with more than a lick of paint. These details are not negative comments just would enhance the area. Staff very helpful when required. A carving or cooking knife would be a good addition to the cutlery. Kitchenette very tidy and well presented. Very comfortable stay. Very handy to Westfield shops, restaurants, buses, movies and sightseeing.

As always, staying at Motel 123 is a pleasant experience. We arrived after midnight and our room was ready for us as arranged with reception. Our room was spacious and well equipped. We will stay again.

Forget this! Search further!

Booked and paid for 5. Only room for 4. 1 of us had to sleep on a couch (very old, hard, with wood sticking out). Couch was in the middle room (no possibility to darken it). Furniture very very old. Japanese guy (site manager), very bad English. After questioning, no alternatives offered. Brought only an old matras.... Shuttle service?? Forget it!! They are willing to call a taxi. Forget this option!!! Dont use this motel. Search further!!!

Advertised as.2.rooms and 3 beds (two singles in second room) but had 2.doubles and a dodgy as hell futon in living space). Felt like I was going to get bed bugs as place just didn't feel clean (clean on surface but dont move anything or youll see the stains/dirt) under futon was sand/dirt etc. Survived the one night would not return.

Room had a few issues major one was the wall heater was below curtains draped on top, the heater was seriously warped from when it had been on in pass.THIS IS A FIRE HAZZARD and needs attention now. No one was there when I checked out to tell them.

Wifi 太差，订房时Wi-Fi是包含，入住后Wi-Fi差的太离谱，上网查一次电邮，Wi-Fi能用的时间不会长，断线后要重新再链接。 我是这家Motel的常客，每年到新西兰出差都一定会在这家住上好几天，以前住的时候，Wi-Fi完全没问题。 我出差入住Motel，最重要就是Wi-Fi，这家Motel也许想省Wi-Fi的月费，把原本很强的变成很弱的Wi-Fi。这样的做法他没想到他是在赶客。 明年再到新西兰出差，我一定不会再入住这家Motel。
