Very bad room, smelly and it’s in basement. All night we hear flushing in above bathroom. My wife couldn’t sleep at all. Also I requested to change and the receptionist was rude and said there’s no other room and next day the lady receptionist said there were available rooms so first male receptionist was lying I request a full refund for my money, Thank you

Location is amazing, at the heart of the famous Taksim square, very close to all the restaurants and coffee shops and bars and entertainment. Very close to the metro station and bus station, and there are many taxi cabs around. Check in was very easy and staff was very friendly and helpful. Elevator worked very well, but it is only for two people. Internet also worked well. TV has good channels. Hot water was good. The following are the negatives. It may get really noisy on weekends because there are so many teenagers hanging out on the street and drinking until morning. In the morning cleaning and trash people made some noise. Room Cleaning also needs some improvement because they were hair either from previous person or the cleaning staff around. Also, I couldn't run the heater on AC, but the central heating system was working fine. Bed was very comfortable however, they have one type of pillow which was too high for me.

Konumu harika. İstiklal caddesi ve Taksim meydanina 100-150 metre mesafede. Kapıda çok nazik bir beyefendi karşıladı. Giriş işlemleri yapıldı. Oda düzenli. Japon kulturu ile dosenmis. Kötü bir deneyim yasamadim. Şimdi negatif yanlarına gelelim. Klima kumandası yok odada. İstenildiğinde yukarıdan kapatıldı kullanmamalısınız denildi. Arızaya bağlı olduğun sanmıyorum. Havaların isinmasina bağlı olduğunu düşündüm. Klimayı kullanamadım. İkincisi ise sıcak su 10 dakika sonra bitti ki bence bu iki nokta önemliydi. Fiyat performans oteli.

L'état de la chambre très satisfaisante le seul problème c'est le bruit la nuit des voitures, et vu qui est situé dans un quartier d'ambiance tous les soirs beaucoup de jeunes qui font la fête ne prive de dormir. À souligner que l'hôtel est bien placé à la place taksim.

Japon odası tasarım olarak mükemmeldi çok beğendik. Lakin yatağın yanındaki tahta platformlardan birisi göçüktü. Banyosu pek havalanmıyor gibi ama gayet rahat ve kullanışlı. Eksiklerimizi söylediğimizde de yardımcı oldular, bir terlik problemi vardı çözülemeyen o da çok sorun değil. Konum olarakta harika bir yerde. Kısaca çok güzeldi
