The room temperature was showing 31°C but staff said the air-conditioning wouldn't work because the summer season was finished. Poor ac and no gym or pool

Although this hotel looks great on the outside it is horrible on the inside. If you like air conditioning, don’t come here. The first night the AC worked fine, but then nothing but heat came out the 2nd night. I complained at 9 pm at night and I was told to open the balcony to let cool air in. They said the AC was not broken, but it was normal for the heat to come on because it was “cool” outside. I was sweating all night! Also, ever since covid they have not opened the gym even though their buffet breakfast was crammed with people. No pool, no sauna, no whirl pool.
