Our room was comfortable and very clean. Bed were comfortable, bathroom was clean and updated. AC worked great. Plenty of hot water. Grounds had several grills and picnic tables under a covering. Grounds were immaculate and very well maintained.

The staff was very friendly. The room was good for what it was, and the price was fair. It was definitely outdated. Some bugs in the room, but that’s expected when it’s so close to the woods. There was a bit of a mix up with payment and the owner took care of everything with kindness and courtesy. We needed to leave early due to illness and they continued to be courteous. We will definitely be going back and staying at the Brookside.

If you don’t want to spend a lot of money for lodging and just want to have more money for activities in Lake George, this is the place to stay. The accommodations are satisfactory…you will have to share a kitchen, but for the money this is a good option. Lake George is expensive and if you’re the type of person that will only be in their room to sleep or change clothes, this place is an excellent choice. It’s not the Mariot, but it’s great for the budget conscious. For what it is, I’d give it 7.9 out of 10.

nice stay with my kids, yes the room are a bit outdated, but it doesn't change anything for me, i knew i was staying at a motel and for the price, i'm not complaining. It was very confortable, my kids were happy with the park and the pool (both very clean), the staff is friendly and nice, it's close to the main street, nothing bad to say :)
