A nice hotel in a great location near restaurants, cafes, and across from the sea. The hotel is packed with Egyptians on vacation which is a good sign. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Hotel is large with multiple restaurants, we tried the Lebanese and it was good. Our room was average eventhough we paid for Deluxe. We had great room cleaning crew, Muemin and Khamees. They were polite and efficient and also took care of us and checked in to make sure our room was in condition we wanted. We really appreciated them.

Downside is many things: Rooms & bathrooms are really outdated and not well maintained, bedding and towels are super old, toiletry products are very bad quality, in-room food is not the best.
