I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and surrounded by stunning natural scenery. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. The only thing to be aware of is that the hotel is located inside a national park, so there is an additional entrance fee required to access the area. That said, the hotel itself was excellent, and the unique location inside the park made the experience worthwhile. The View is the best , we travel to Tulum for three times, the hotel located a beautiful spot , we stays 4days . Room view is fantastic, we stay at 2nd floor, you can see the sun rise and beautiful ocean views even you lay on the bed ! The only thing is not there is the coffee, and breakfast first two day is ok, you will get bored with it after second morning. The stuff are very friendly. Room is ok, it is a little bit tiny,if you travel family with two teen, or it is ok !
