旅館員工及經理都很友善，可以協助解決問題。旅館經營人剛替換，房間部分設施(冷氣機)仍在準備裝置作業中，但晚上天氣較涼，不致感到熱。有免費公共洗衣機及免費簡單早餐，是額外的服務，有加分效果。

Upon arrival, we were expecting to be greeted by the reception only to check in to the 24hr kiosk with a lady upstairs yell across the car park asking what room key the machine had spat out then followed by saying it’s ready. Walk in, room smelt revolting. Dust on surfaces and shower filthy- only to find the hot tap leaks emensly and burnt both mysepf and my partner leaving burn marks on our hands and arms. Loud noises all night, kids running around upstairs- you can see drip marks down the walls like they haven’t been cleaned. And also to add the old school stereo in the bedside was buzzing all night with no option to turn off.. very unhappy- DO NOT stay in room30!!!!!

The check-in was easy once I cleaned the self-service screen so I could read it. The room was as good as we expected. There was a problem with the TV reception in our room if we moved around the room it would drop out tried adjusting the aerial but made no difference. The taps on the sink leak and one of the handles came off. Otherwise it is a good cheaper motel not far away from Canberra.

The rooms are clean but cramped. Not enough space for our luggage. The toilet and bath are clean. But the toilet bowl needs attention specially the flushing system in room 23. The sink does not have a mixer tap. It’s either you wash your hands with cold(very cold) or hot water. Credit card details should have been taken during booking, not during check in when one is already very tired after a long drive at 8:30pm.

Easy check-in. The room needed a good clean. When we arrived it smelled terrible as if someone smoke with very musty old smell. Door handle were dirty with maybe chocolate as too the curtains. Hair in shower but I understand this is difficult to get rid of. There was hair and sand in the single bed sheets. Queen bed was comfortable and sheets we’re clean though backboard was not. We bought wipes to clean areas and they came up dirty. Sadly I wouldn’t stay again.
