Sadly, the whole 4 nights we were there, our beds were never made. After 3 days I had to ask for some clean towels. The shower around the bottom of the walls to the floor could do with some bleach and a good clean. Loved the location and meals were awesome

Spacious room with friendly service

Spacious room with big bed, ample storage space and sitting area. Decor is slightly dated but sufficiently clean and comfortable, with a nice pool and plenty of parking. Convenient location with two petrol station nearby and waterfront views. The standout point would be the staff: super friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to help us locate and send some items we accidentally left behind. Amazing stay for us and would stay again.

We found the king bed tended to tip the person on the side nearest the wall out to the side, as its two singles pushed together basically. Noisy in terms of other guests opening and closing doors and talking. A can, or similar, was being blown around in the wind and bouncing off walls - perhaps more care needs to be taken to secure loose objects when strong winds are likely.

Lovely view! The guy doing the blowing with his blower needs to be more mindful of vehicles - our car was absolutely sandblasted! Great bed but maintenance (ie blocks of wood under the bed and foam around power points to stop it pushing into the wall need attention. Lovely lovely staff.

Solo senior, overnight stay after week at Steep Point, departing flight to Perth next day. Twin room, spotless, well appointed, equipped and that used worked well. Staff permitted half hour early check in, which was excellent to have a warm, non salt water shower! Comfortable bed, quiet and efficient aircon in large room, no outside noise. Requested a longer stay in room past normal check out time due to 4.00pm flight departure, this was also granted, which further improved the experience. To management and staff, well done and many thanks. B
