C’est la première fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel pour affaires dans la région. Après avoir lu certains commentaires je me demandais ce que j’allais découvrir… mais je n’ai franchement rien à redire. Places de parc en suffisance et gratuites, chambre très spacieuse, très grande salle de bain avec baignoire, et le tout très propre. Malgré l’absence de reception, checkin très facile et rapide. Nice big rooms and a good bathroom with perfect shower. Automatic check in didn’t seem te work at arrival so had a delay of half an hour before I could enter the room.

The hotel conditions and room were good, large room and bathroom. Quiet. Check-in was a hassle because of all of the info requested. This needs to be simplified. I would stay again because of proximity to airport and room conditions. Excellent restaurant (La Pera) only 10 minutes walk away.

It’s ok a quick one night. It was just ok.

This hotel was ok for its price. Didn’t like that the housekeeper rush u to leave the room. The check out it’s too early I didn’t like that. It was easy to check in. Ok for the price I guess it’s ok just for a night but that’s it.

Great hotel close to Zurich

This is a basic hotel close to Zurich. This is also an automated check in hotel, so there is no hotel staff on site to help you, and you will be checking in with a machine (like an ATM) that will dispense your hotel keys. Emergency service for check in issues is available over the phone and it is very efficient. You do have daily room service for basic cleaning and fresh towels.

too hard to reach there

It is too far away from the airport and city center, you need at least 2 vehicles to reach there(it takes around an hour). It is hard to find reception when you arrive there, the girl in the reception directly give your rooms card and that's all, she doesn't give you any info about anything. as a conclusion don't stay there even it is cheap, find somewhere else...

Check in was terrible. The automated system told me it did not recognize my reservation. It then spit out a piece of paper with what claimed to be a refund and a phone number to call in France. I called the number - no answer, just a recorded message in French

Stay away from it

The room smelled very bad bad, it smelled very strongly of tobacco and cold smoke, it was irresistible we barely could breathe, there were clearly traces of cigarette burns on the sofa and the carpet, we called the emergency number (as there was no reception) and asked them to change our room. They couldn't do anything, claiming that the hotel was full, and didn't even offer us a discount or any other commercial gesture..... we had to put our suitcases back in the car and keep only the essentials with us to avoid everything smelling of tobacco, and we had to sleep with the windows wide open. A shame in 2023. We'll never go back to this hotel! only positive point: free parking
