My second time at Doubletree Vitacura and always a great experience. The proximity to all places you can walk to is great, with a huge mall two blocks away and plenty of restaurant options. The staff is very friendly and ready to help with a variety of needs. Excellent breakfast rounds out the package. Will definitely stay there again.

Location of the hotel is perfect! Metro station, Gran Torre Costanera just 5 mins walk from the hotel. A lot of dining options close by. It is a safe neighborhood. Hotel room clean and service was excellent. Can’t comment on the buffet breakfast since I usually skip it. Overall, I will be staying here again if ever I’m back in Santiago.

We had a fantastic suite here that was comfortable and welcoming between trips out to explore the city. Sebastian at the reception desk was so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.
