This was our 2nd year spending our holiday at the resort. Another great experience! Appreciate the friendly staff. My son loved the pool and spent the entire day between the toddler and big kid pool. Super close to an amazing beach.

Positive feedback - staff were very friendly, pool by bar was lovely and clean, definitely need to pay for a pool view, we were self-catering and everything was provided for this. Negative feedback - room was very dated, instructions for arrival gave no indication of how to access the hotel complex with a car or where to park to check-in. The directions all led to the pedestrian access. It was very confusing driving, we had to ask a hotel guest. We would definitely stay in the hotel again if it wasn't in Cala D'or. The resort was too busy for us and didn't provide the ambience that we were looking for. The coves were lovely to swim in though.

Terrific stay.

We loved our stay at Inturotel Sa Marina. The accomodations were spacious and clean. The location was terrific. We were able to walk to the marina, and all the calas. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking. Breakfast was terrific. Would stay there again.

We had a fantastic holiday, the hotel was clean and tidy with 2 large pools but did not feel over big. The hotel was busy but you got to know the staff and were able to meet new friends.

Spectacular times at Inturotel Sa Marina

Amazing place, phenomenal infrastructure and great location. They also have live music every night and games during the day by the pool which made our holidays even better. We spent 7 spectacular days at this hotel.

Great place for families

The hotel is lovely but we had a family either side of use with babies and it affected our quality of sleep as the walls are very thin!! The entertainment was great and food was lovely

Very good hotel property, good staff and lots of amenities in the surrounding. Breakfast choice was awesome for quality and variety. Room was facing on street side though, rather noisy overnight.

The hotel rooms are clean and spacious. It’s just a few minutes walk to the centre of town. The staff were all friendly and really helpful. Our only issue was the pool opening times. Would have liked a swim before breakfast.

Had a lovely holiday hotel was lovely room was very good shower was great a big walk in one cleaners did a really good job room always cleaned .We had a city view it could be noisey at times but that didnt bother us as it was nice people watching and once the doors were shut u didnt hear a thing .Only negative thing i could say is the 20 minute towel rule i understand people put them down and leave i think they should not moniter that between 12 and 2 as thats when people go for lunch as 20 minutes is not long enough i can see it causing alot of upset

We had a good stay, but found the check in process arduous - the reception staff demanded the passports of all guests, including my four and six year old children, signatures from all adults and the Expedia tax invoice emailed to them. My wife stayed in the car as my three year old son was napping, and so these demands caused us much stress, particularly trying to locate the specific Expedia receipt which they required emailed to them at the point of check in. Easily my worst check in experience of any hotel to date.

We stayed at Inturotel Sa Marina for 7 nights in May with my family of 4, 2 adults and two kids. The hotel is very family friendly and safe for kids. They have a kids club that will give parents some time alone. The hotel is beautiful and the landscaping immaculate. The staff is helpful and friendly. Although the rooms are not modern, they do feel timeless and our stay was very memorable. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful. The decor is dreamy. The surrounding area are super safe, walkable, friendly and interesting. Although a very touristy area, you can still find delicious food all within a 3 min walk. 2 grocery stores and 3 laundry mats are within 1-5min walk. The beach is 5 minutes away and it is absolutely gorgeous and fun. We will definitely return. The drive from Palma international airport doesn’t feel long at all. Don’t be nervous when you see the smaller towns on the way there, although they are very different than metropolitan cities, they are safe. Biggest piece of advice is to pack light and rent a car to explore the island.

Very noisy cleaners. Young guy at reception, whose name I think is Jose, was extremely rude, constantly interrupted me when I was speaking, refused to listen. This inevitably led to numerous miscommunications as he was simply not prepared to listen to more than 2-3 words of any sentence before starting to speak himself, + him making many assumptions that were incorrect. Staff need much better training in how to communicate with customers. This guy, when I told him that he was not listening, retorted in the manner of an immature teenager + said, ´You are not listening!´. On arrival, when I was making my way to my room, a young girl of about six or seven, wearing no clothing at all, ran into the building from the pool area with her parents + younger sister later coming up the stairs. When I reported this, the same guy at reception told me that the hotel likely does not have any specific rule about this for children aged around seven! This was a completely nonsensical comment from him, as clearly what he should have done is to find out what the rules are at the hotel + not make this ridiculous comment. On one of the days, my keycard stopped working for no reason-had not been kept near my phone or any other device. When I mentioned this to the lady at reception, she simply said, I don´t know why it´s not working, instead of saying that she would report this to the IT/technical department. Obviously, I do not except her to know why it is not working! Overall really unprofessional.

Underbart hotell med bra läge, promenadavstånd till olika stränder, affärer och restauranger/barer. Fina rymliga rum med stor balkong. Städpersonalen var "osynliga" men gjorde ett fantastiskt jobb, det är väldigt rent på hotellet. Stor fin pool. Vi hade inte bokat frukost utan åt dagligen egen frukost på balkongen - det lilla köket fövar utmärkt för det

Vi trivdes väldigt bra. Hotellet ligger nära centrum men lugn och tyst på kvällarna. Gångavstånd till flera stränder. Vi hyrde bil och det var väldigt smidigt att kunna parkera gratis på hotellets parkering. Vi hittade en välsorterad butik Mercadona ca 10 min promenad dit där vi handlade till vår frukost. Många trevliga resturanger i närheten.

Tusind tak for en helt fantastisk uge på jeres hotel. Der var hyggeligt, roligt, smukt indrettet og altid fint og rent. En helt særlig tak skal gå til de tre skønne damer fra Mini Club – uden jer havde vores ferie ikke været nær så vidunderlig. Jeres gåpåmod og glæde smittede af og gjorde børnene både glade og trygge.
