The hotel is rustic, but overall well-preserved. The staff is kind, however I didn't receive the benefits for VIP members, the free tour was not offered at arrival nor the room upgrade and neither the late check-out. The location is somehow near the center of Valle de bravo; I got a room that was on the corner (room 9) and was noisy because both surrounding streets have people and cars driving by. It has parking space on a property across the street. The restaurant is average, the food was not particularly good. However the bed and bathroom was comfortable, it has a small fridge and safebox to keep valuable items. Overall it was a good stay but could have been better.

Muy bonita la decoración. Habitación limpia, cómoda y con muchas amenidades. Solo sugiero modernizar el ventilador porque hace mucho ruido. El servicio del personal estuvo excelente, muy atentos y con buena actitud. Lindo detalle el del lavado del coche al irse en el estacionamiento del hotel. Lo único que sugiero es mejorar la calidad de los alimento. El queso y la masa de la pizza son malos (no saben a nada). Sugiero que se ofrezca café americano además del de olla porque hay personas que no les gusta el de olla. El gerente muy atento, buena disposición y servicial. Cambien la terminal bancaria para que sirvan las tarjetas siempre. Gracias
