This is a hotel located smack in the middle of Hualien, close to most amenities and sights. The restaurant buffet is magnificient, providing a great variet of dishes involving fresh seafood and local produce. The staff is helpful and friendly. The rooms are spacious and the toilets have bidets, which is quite nice.

Nice Hotel with friendly staff. Our room (Standard double) was pretty small but OK. Walls a bit thin but we had quiet neighbours so that worked fine as well.

Great location and room was really huge. The only downside are the friendliness of staff and the hotel do not even provide any iron for its guest and no common room for ironing facilities. Breakfast spread was acceptable. It is free and do not expect too much.

這不是我第一次住 整體環境是好的 但這次雖是過年，住宿率高是正常 但是富野一定也不是第一次遇到過年人潮 早餐食材準備應該要能應付人潮才對 但實際是去了現場餐盤都是空的 所以旅客在搶食 補菜也要很久 所以這點改善其他就沒什麼好抱怨的 服務是真的不錯

床的支撐度還不錯，枕頭還行，但仔細聞還是會有點異味，建議還是蓋條毛巾墊著睡。 飯店看起來很常發生重複開房給別組客人，突然有陌生人嗶卡推開門進來把我們嚇個半死，建議住這間一定要自備行李鎖，因為你不會知道外出期間會不會又發生陌生人進入的事。 飯店有蠻大的停車場，停車較不用費心。

不錯！房間內比想像中新，睡起來也很舒服，地理位置不錯。我們不小心訂到兩張床的，但已經沒其他空房，飯店人員有馬上幫我們將床併在一起。不過早餐比較普通，如果很在乎早餐的好吃度的可能會比較失望，建議可以出去吃。若晚上停車位沒了，可以打給櫃檯，他們會喬出位置，或帶你到另一個停車場停，算不錯，不會放生你。
