Its ample space and clean , we really enjoyed our stay there. Proximity to the vatican is great and walking distance to many shops and restaurant . i would suggest it to anyone that would like to be in Rome

Helt okej boende nära Vatikanen. Ingick frukost som serverades på ett café i närheten. Ingen frukost man skryter om. Nu var vi 2 tjejer som inte äter jättemycket men för en kille troligen väldigt liten och inget man blir mätt på. Väldigt opersonligt. Vi lämnade vårt bagage på avresedagen och skulle bara ringa på när vi ville hämta det. Då när det var dags var det ingen som öppnade. Ringde numret som stod på ringklockan och samtalet besvarades av en mycket otrevlig italienare. Pratade dålig engelska och förstod ännu sämre. Vi blev insläppta och hittade våra väskor stående i korridoren! Rekommenderar inte att lämna dem där.

Utmärkt läge och vi uppskattade frukosten mycket som vi åt på ett café ca 5 minuter bort. Smidig incheckning och ett helt ok rum. Ingen reception och rummen är i botten på ett bostadshus, så det kändes som vi hade ett eget boende. Lite åldrat boende, och lite slitet. Men priset var väldigt bra, och totalupplevelsen var att det var mycket prisvärt. Vi skulle absolut kunna bo här igen! Familj med två barn 8 och 10 år.

Overall it was good. They stopped cleaning our room after the second day and didn’t replace coffee packets after the first. They did store our bags for us before and after check out which was very generous.

We use other ratings and reviews to book so when we saw this property we decided to book. Quite disappointing. The location was good and central. We had two separate rooms Bathrooms were dirty and covered in mould. The shower head had barbs of growth on it the other was broken and water sprayed out everywhere. They did fix this after we complained but not the mould. The rooms are not sound proofed and if you’re unlucky to get the room near the main entrance every time someone enters the block the metal door slams. We had to go and buy ear plugs to help. The shower in one of the rooms was so small even though I’m a UK Size 12-14 I had to enter shower sideways. Beds were made but no clean cups and no spoons for the full 5 days we stayed. Breakfast is not on site as described but in a local cafe which is fine as long as they are open if not tough luck. Rome was amazing but would not book this accommodation again.
