Staff are very friendly. We have stayed twice. Good place for families. Granted the amenities arent top notch, but for the price its worth the booking. Pool, hot tub, gym, breakfast. Hotel is outdated in a way but clean. We stay when we go to Santas village and would for sure stay agin.

Overall it’s a great hotel for the amenities. The pool was great, the gym was perfect, we loved the game room and the breakfast was very good. The downside: the bed is very stiff and uncomfortable and the shower has almost no water pressure.

Avoid the motor lodge

Let me start by saying the Cabot Inn & Suites consists of two distinctly different properties. The main building appears to be fairly new and in good shape. It houses a game room, large pool and the (small) breakfast room. It's clean and cozy and has a spectacular mountain view. The second property is a rundown motor lodge across the road. We found ourselves in the area needing emergency accommodations and this was the only place with rooms available. So, we were grateful for a place to sleep. Our bathroom was crawling with lady bugs, the bed was hard and uncomfortable all of the amenities being across the road was somewhat inconvenient. But at least we had a place to sleep and the rate was very reasonable. I would not return to this property unless I was assured my room would be in the main building.

We had a great experience. The view is Beautiful ( request a view room) . Amazing gym, arcade, and ondoor pool. Local food at scorpios Bar and grill. Ate there twice.closs to santas villiage. My only complaint.. our rooms hot water didnt get very hot and the AC made a funny noise. Dont stay in 206. Lol. My daughters room was fine. Also the breakfast was great.

Perfect location for Santa Village. But you get what you pay for. The first room smelled of BO, the receptionist showed us to another room which stank of cigarettes. We opted for the BO room. There was a wet towel hanging up behind the bathroom door. We didnt even bother telling her about that. Basic but clean room (apart from the smell). Probably would not stay there again.
