great location! nice breakfast. Big plus was being able to leave our car there for free in a gated parking lot and take a ride to the port for a cruise! So easy! See Alex at the desk and she can give you the shuttle drivers contact card. His name is Luis F. He was excellent!

The rooms were ok but they smelled of fresh paint . My wife was not happy. the staff was nice. Our room was initially next to the pool but it was too crazy with people walking outside our door until 12:00am talking loudly not to mention we were right next to the entrance of the pool. Would not recommend it. We requested a different room and was granted one but when we got to the room it smelled like paint. The bathroom tub had stains ont and the drain plug didn’t work. The in-house phone did not work. The walls are paper thin so you can hear everything (not ok)so we decided to leave a day early. Bottom line I would never stay there again… sorry not sorry……..

We found lots of prior visitors' trash under the bed: pudding cups, batteries, tissues. The bathroom door had been broken and fixed in the strangest way. The sink plug was lying on the counter for us to look at. Gross. I understand what I'm getting into with an older place, but these were hard to look beyond because they had nothing to do with the age of the place. Location was great, beds comfortable, staff was nice.

Hotel staff was great, the hotel is older and it does show, everything was clean and as well maintained as could be short of a major remodel, the only major issue we had was the bed was extremely hard, I like a firm mattress but this was like sleeping on the floor with some springs, the pool was nice and the restaurants are excellent, breakfast however is served in a small room off the lobby and definitely doesn't come from the restaurants, there is nowhere to set and they definitely can't handle any real volume, the hotel is well placed on the seawall and an easy walk from a large number of attractions

Breakfast room was small and did not offer seating. Parking spots were extremely small. Garden area activities were broken or not provided. No elevator in our section so we had to carry bags up stairs. Pool area was nice and the room was clean and off the beach but not the experience we expected. Drunk people who couldn't get rooms were yelling and hanging out in the enclosed parking lot which made us change our mind about leaving our car there during our cruise.
