Der TV funktionierte gar nicht. Wir waren lediglich ein paar Minuten nach 18 Uhr dort und die Angestellt war ebenfalls noch dort, dennoch mussten wir 10 Euro fĂŒr eine SpĂ€tanreise zahlen. Frechheit.

Sunkhostel med missvisande beskrivning.

Missvisande bilder pĂ„ detta ”trestjĂ€rniga” boende... Enormt sunkigt rum med silverfiskar i badrummet, handdukar som luktar unket och blod pĂ„ en av kuddarna. Jag höll tummarna för att slippa se kackerlakor. Man fick sĂ€ga till om varmt vatten till duschen. Tur att personalen ens var dĂ€r dĂ„, eftersom de sĂ€llan syntes till i receptionen. Reste med 11-Ă„rig son och blev rekommenderad ett rum med ”stor” dubbelsĂ€ng som skulle rĂ€cka för oss bĂ€gge. Den var 1.40 och vi trĂ€ngdes i ett hĂ„l i mitten, dĂ€r man gled ner pĂ„ den nerslitna madrassen. LĂ€get annars helt ok mellan gamla Östberlin och vĂ€stliga delen med KurfĂŒrstendamm mm. Vi Ă€lskar Berlin, men andrig mer Hotels.com med denna typ av missvisande erbjudanden. Det Ă€r bra att ni erbjuder boenden över hela bekvĂ€mlighets- och prisskalan, men dĂ„ mĂ„ste ni vara Ă€rliga och tydliga med vad man har att vĂ€nta. ”Billligt hostel med hyfsat lĂ€ge i Berlin, lĂ€mpligt för backpackers och studenter, inte sĂ„ lĂ€mpligt för familjer med krav pĂ„ bekvĂ€mlighet och renlighet” - voilĂĄ, en beskrivning som skulle passa bra. Tack!

You Get What You Pay For

My son and I needed a place to crash for a night. We checked in towards the later end of the check-in window, and never received the WiFi information. A little while later when I realized the woman who gave me the key never gave me the sign on information, I went out to the hall, but no one was around to help me, nor did anyone respond when I emailed, messaged, or called. There was also not any hot water. It ran for about 90 seconds, then never came back, even the next day when I tried to shower. Glad we only stayed one night. The room was decent, had high ceilings, so for a small room, it didn’t feel claustrophobic. No elevator, probably best for a solo traveler. Overall I got what I paid for, so all good.

Personal war nie vor Ort. Zimmer sehr klein und stickig - deifinitiv anders als auf den Fotos im Internet! Anders als behauptet gibt es keine kostenlosen ParkplÀtze. Babybett zwar vorhanden, aber keine Matratze/Decke dazu.

Minha estadia foi muito insatisfatĂłria. Começando pela recepção, prĂ©dio com a porta toda rabiscada, dando muito mĂĄ impressĂŁo. Momento nenhum falei com alguma pessoa responsĂĄvel pelo lugar. Foi cobrada uma taxa por atraso de chekin que nĂŁo constavam da regra no site. A ĂĄgua quente acabou durante o banho. O quarto era demasiadamente quente. O travesseiro horrĂ­vel. A Ășnica coisa positiva Ă© que era limpo. O resto horrĂ­vel!

Nos esperĂĄbamos mĂĄs, basĂĄndonos en las fotos de la pĂĄgina web. La entrada es un portal antiguo, bastante graffiteado, y por ello nos costĂł encontrarlo y no nos llevamos una muy buena impresiĂłn.
