Loved how secluded it was, but still in walking distance from shops and the beach! The only thing I would change about the trip was the check-in… it would have been nice to get my parking tag & go relax after driving for hours. However, we had to get our parking tag from Heather, who tried to sell a timeshare and wasn’t pleasant to speak to.

Great place to stay for a couples vacation! The room was great with an awesome bed. Kitchen was very clean with all the utensils needed. Frying pans were scratched to pieces, but was quickly brought a new one after the staff had asked how were the accommodations. Minor cosmetic fixes are needed, but nothing problematic (ex. Patio door handle was bent and hinge on one of the kitchen cabinets was loose. The outdoor Weber gas grills definitely need a thorough deep cleaning as there was so much debris in the well you couldn't get the grill hot enough to sear meat. They do have grate cleaners, but took a while to get the grates hot enough to get the grates cleaned.

The view of the beach was absolutely fantastic! We are already booking our next stay. If you are staying for the first time the after hours check-in could have been communicated better, but overall we loved our experience and the onsite pizza restaurant and ice cream are delicious!

The room was really clean, two bathrooms were great and a full kitchen. The living area was a bit small for the amount of people the room would sleep with only a couch and a chair. We didn’t realize we were the second building back from the water so it was a little more walking than anticipated but overall, the place was great, nice pools and clean. Felt very safe and parking was great as well. A ramp or walk for wagons to be pulled out on the beach would be wonderful as it is a bit far to the water. Everything else was very enjoyable!

This may be hotels.com's fault but there were "no" special instructions on how to check-in. Took over an hour. Drove up the street and they were able to get me a number to call to get instructions on whete to go to find a lock box with my keys. I was late for a business meeting because of it.

The room was clean with fully stocked kitchen. Pots, bowls, utensils, etc. the view of the ocean was so cute and serene. Clean sheets and bathrooms. The area was quiet, it was an amazing spot for a weekend get away. 10/10 would go again.

The room was fine and the staff of the Sands Beach Club were fine. The problem with the checkin process is after checking in they send you to a desk outside the office to get a parking pass. Picking up my pass I’m told I have to attend a Timeshare presentation the next day. Turns out that Capital Timeshare was handing out the parking passes and trying to strong arm people to attend. I told them I don’t have time for that and have zero interest in a Timeshare. Two associates kept telling me I had to attend one on Sunday or Monday. The associate showed me a email voucher I should have received and I had to attend. I never received a voucher! I booked via Hotels.com and no where on my reservation did it say anything about a voucher or a timeshare. Simply 3 nights at such & such rate. After 30 minutes of a stressful conversation with these two associates they said I could go to my room. I had prepaid or I would have walked away. I was not the only one having issues, there were several. One woman was having a heated conversation with the associate and the associate finally said to her, there are only two things in life that you have to do, eat and die. Such unprofessionalism. Even tho this may not be the Sands Beach Club employee, it is a direct reflection of the Sands Beach Club for allowing this type of high sales pressure. We ended up leaving a day early. I would not recommend this property to anyone. And it’s a shame as it’s in a nice location.

Enjoyed our stays at Sands Beach resort. The condo was clean and comfortable. The check in & out process smooth, easy parking. The indoor pool and hot tub nice option to utilize.

We enjoyed our stay at the Sands Beach Club. They could use some new lounge chairs around the outside pool which is just outside the indoor pool. We didn't use the grills but the gas grills are a great idea. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.
