Very cute property and good value for the money but property is about tired. Mildewed walls, room was dusty even though they had just reopened after being closed for Tet (we know because our first booking was cancelled with short notice even though I booked far in advance because I know Tet is very busy. Staff are lovely and breakfast was very nice. Good location in Old Quarter.

The location is perfect in the middle of the old quarter, we arrived in the middle of the night and our hosts were waiting for us, we never felt unsafe at any given time.
