The staff were amazing , we arrived super early and they allowed me to check in early , Mr. Steve (i hope this spelling is correct) was with us in the check in, and i would like to thank him, he spoiled us , we arrived to cute present in the room for my child which made her happy after very long flight .. Property is amazing, grounds are amazing, staff is very friendly. Next to hotel is a club with club music and attracting party girls for single man in the hotel. in front of the beach they have build a new island, so gone is the ocean view it is construction view (and noise). at 1000usd per night this is a sad story.

The property is beautiful and the facilities great. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The gym is perfect, with several different options for a perfect workout. The adult pool is quiet, providing a relaxing time away from any noise. The customer service and attention to detail of the entire staff is remarkable. They go above and beyond to fulfil the guest's needs. One of the best hotel experiences I had in a long time. Congratulations to all Four Season Dubai team.

The Four Seasons is considered the pinnacle of the hotel industry, however it fell short of my expectations of it. Firstly, I was not told about the adult pool closure or the main breakfast hall closure either, which should have been told at time of booking. The rooms are amazing, the service good but not great. They felt short staffed at times and that impacted the service all round. The biggest problem I had was the food! The prices are astronomical and yet the food tasted mediocre at best! For the price we were paying for example £50 for a burger!! You expect it to taste incredible but none of the food hit the spot! We are at other places with similar price structured and were amazed with the food. The pool is relatively small and it does the job but not luxury in the slightest. A real shame for a hotel I had high expectations for.

Stayed for a week during Easter Holiday. Having tried most 5-Star hotels in Dubai, this experience do stand out. In comparison to hotels on the Palm, you have a proper and very clean (thanks to the lifeguards) - the sea-bed is not muddy. Check-in was smooth and extremely accomodating (thanks to Olga). The pool areas has an active zone for kids and an area for adults only - lifeguards are enforcing this, which is much appreciated. Respect for that. Breakfast is with a wide variety of options - if you need anything just ask and they will deliver. The staff is smiling and outmost helpful. An idea could be also to have a smaller area just for adult, who despite vacation needs to process a bit of work, and to avoid that minor kids goes to the buffet themselves to cater with there hands in the fruits etc. Communication with the staff over the Four Seasons App is amazing and sets the standard for swift communication. The SPA area offers a wide selection of treatments from a competent staff member. Restaurant options were excellent - italian to japanese - it were on point. Only restaurant Verde did not quite make a proper performance. All in all minor point in order to get 10 out of 10 - you are almost there.

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument incroyable au Four Seasons Jumeirah. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été impressionnés par la qualité de l’accueil : voiturier, bagagiste, duty manager, personnel de la restauration, du petit-déjeuner et du ménage… tout le monde a été d’une gentillesse et d’une bienveillance remarquables. Chaque personne croisée a eu à cœur de rendre notre séjour parfait, en anticipant nos besoins et en s’assurant que tout se passe au mieux. L’hôtel en lui-même est splendide, et la piscine est tout simplement exceptionnelle : un vrai cocon de détente et de relaxation. Nous tenons à remercier chaleureusement l’ensemble de l’équipe, qui a fait preuve d’une attention et d’une disponibilité rares. Un grand coup de cœur pour Dammar et Jeyakumar, dont la gentillesse et le professionnalisme resteront dans nos mémoires. Un établissement et un personnel qui méritent toutes les éloges. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Sehr schönes Hotel und freundliches Personal

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der einzige Schwachpunkt ist ein wenig die Lage. Man muss immer mit dem Taxi gegen wenn man etwas machen möchte.
