As noted by others, the establishment is a little dated and there is the slight smell of smoke in the hallway from a bygone era, but the lady that greeted us was incredibly pleasant and made us feel very welcome. We stayed there 2 nights and both were very quiet. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is nicely located in town. We will gladly stay there again.

Budget Motel is a hidden gem in Delta, UT. This small, independent motel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. The continental breakfast could be improved by offering more options that are unsweetened. When passing through Utah on Highway 50, Budget Motel is a great place to spend the night.

Totally safe area. Rooms clean well maintained but the biggest draw of this site is the exceptionally welcoming owner. Friendly, accommodating and fun. It was just nice to be treated nicely. These days kindness wins every “hand” for me.

This was a basic motel that suited our needs just fine. I stayed here with my husband and two teenage children. We were pleased with the cleanliness of the motel. Overall, we didn't really have complaints, but I do want to point out a few things that we noticed that could be bothersome to other people. It seemed a little loud. Our room was next to a set of stairs and we could hear people thumping up and down them throughout our stay. We had a difficult time figuring out how to use the TV, but our family is technology impaired, so that was probably just an "us" problem. The rooms are small and some of the furnishings are outdated, but it is obvious that they work hard to keep everything clean and looking nice. The breakfast room is tiny and provides very few options. We each just grabbed a banana or an apple to take with us. I have never stayed in a Budget Motel before, and I assume that many of these things contribute to the lower cost of the rooms. If you don't care about the bells and whistles, but do value a clean place to stay, this motel would be a great choice. We would consider staying here again if we ever end up in the area.

Woke up in morning with 4-5 bites above my right ankle. Never experienced this in the many hotels I’ve stayed over 50 years. Could be bed bugs, not sure, won’t risk that again. Breakfast was mediocre - virtually no protein except milk, mostly sugar laden treats, juice. On the positive side, owner was extremely nice, bed was comfortable and no road noise. AC unit’s cooling abilities were suspect. Took a long time to start cooling. Set temp at 70 and never saw room temp drop below 75. Water pressure the best I’ve seen in a long time!! Thought prices for the 2 hotels in Delta were excessive for the area. Overpriced, possibly no competition, had to stay there given the distances I was driving on 2-day trip.
