Was there on a business trip. The room was spacious and bed was comfortable, everything was clean and immaculate. Staff were friendly. The food could be improved a little bit, but otherwise overall a very good experience.

Beautiful location and excellent hotel

We stayed with group of families all with kids. The stay was amazing right from the reception staff to overall hotel experience. Property is in good condition and location is excellent. We would love to go back, if I have to pick one thing to improve would be breakfast not much options. Rest is all perfect!

Beautiful property and location Only minor negatives- no mini bar, no room service, no vending machines. Staff friendly and helpful.

4/10 Fair

Can’t beat the location but had partygoers in rooms 202 and 203 completely drunk and fighting throughout the night. No sleep and staff didn’t even apologise upon checkout.
Aladin, 1-night trip

6/10 Good

it was overpriced! very small room.
1-night trip

8/10 Very good

what we liked are position, cleanliness and mostly the staff. What we didn't like is very poor chice of manu for food and wine list if you are staying longer than one night, car park is too far as spacially when elevators all but one out of order. Most of rooms are too far from reception and not having any trolley handy doesn't make life any easier.
Tim, 2-night trip

8/10 Very good

The rooms are well designed, well appointed and comfortable, as well as reasonably spacious. The only criticism I have igs of the breakfast. They have a Nescafe machine for coffee, which is a joke. They have barrista coffee but they can't make a cappucino and it's $6! The fruit consists of unripe pineapple and the usual melon. Bread options are limited. Fragas on the other side of the street makes good coffee . Book the room without breakfast.
Robert, 2-night trip

2/10 Poor

Room wasn't what was expected. Room was extremly small - no views. Not in line with the photos! No room service.
Purnima, 1-night trip

Fish one night fantastic, duck next night nothing but disgusting. So wish i had said something about this $40 dish
Val, 2-night trip

We put the sign to make up room and came back to the room still messy and dirty. Bed was not made. They only changed the 2 tea cups in room and didnt even bothered to change the 2 dirty glasses. Never in my life have this kind of experience in hotels.
Rifera, 2-night trip

4/10 Fair

booked too early, otherwise we could get breakfast included for the same price we've paid, staffs not being helpful to provide an offer, quit disappointing. the timber exterior requires a renovation, looks very old. carpets in room are extremely dirty and yucky, but the bathroom is clean. this is the first ever and only hotel that we've stayed with that they have staff knocking at your door to kick you out exactly at 10am the check out time. although we were on time and ready to setoff, but will never return, plus the expensive price they have charged totally not worthy. they rated 4.5 stars on Hotels.com' website, but i consider it should be just 3.5 stars at the max.

Lovely Views, Lacking Hospitality

The location and natural backdrop were absolutely stunning. However, the hotel layout was confusing, and parking was not conveniently located near our room. No assistance was offered with our bags or directions, which made arrival more difficult than it needed to be. At check-in, the front desk staff pointed out that our room was ready at 2pm, the standard check-in time, in contrast to another family whose room was delayed due to staff shortages. The comment felt unnecessary, as though they were doing us a favour for simply meeting the basic expectation. We had pre-purchased breakfast for both mornings of our stay, but were told we needed to pay upon entering the restaurant. Each time, we had to show our receipts to prove otherwise, a frustrating experience that should have been easily avoided. While the surroundings are beautiful, the service overall was below expectations. Management would benefit from investing in staff training to meet the standard such a location deserves.
