It was off season but even so the staff needs to be trained on communicating with each other and maids on what how to make sure they are cleaning rooms properly and paying attention to details.

The rooms were spotless, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable – a major plus for me! I always prioritize bed and pillow quality when reading reviews, and this resort truly delivered. The service was also fantastic and friendly. A helpful tip for future guests: if you plan to dine at the resort's restaurants and use a credit card, be sure to request the transaction be processed in pesos rather than US dollars. I found the exchange rate applied by the restaurant when processing in USD to be significantly less favorable than my bank's rate. Just a heads-up! Otherwise, my experience was excellent.
