Decidí volver a quedarme porque anteriormente me había ido bastante bien, pero esta vez fue una decepción, el baño apestaba y su solución fue echarle un producto para que dejara de oler y después ese producto apestó toda la habitación, también el aire acondicionado no funcionaba

La alberca no es alberca, es una pileta diminuta, sucia y helada con muchos mosaicos faltantes que causan daño en los pies. No hay servicio de alimentos (que desde hace 1 año no hay), las toallas en una habitación eran las de la alberca, en uan habitación se salía toda el agua de la regadera, avisamos y nadie hizo caso, muy caro para lo que es, llegamos y nos hicieron esperar al check in a las 3, de todas formas no estaba el cuarto listo a las 3, tenian un letrero que por ser fin de mes no darían factura, obviamente exigimos la nuestra. La verdad no vuelvo a reservar ahí.

El lugar bonito, muy sencillo. Había caído mucha ceniza y los camastros llenos de polvo. El personal muy amable. Pero no había nada extra para comer ni pedir a la habitación. Nos fue mal con las camas, tenian los resortes salidos y plásticos debajo de las sábanas, no muy cómodo para dormir. Cerca de los viveros.
