Nice, clean room, and nice staff. Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! So many fresh pastries/buns, fresh salad, perfect fried eggs, hashbrowns, and so much more! Hot spa was just one pool, but still lovely - and honestly, since it was an extra, unexpected amenity, I have no complaints! Very walkable to the subway and lots of restaurants.

The internet was spotty, at least in my room on the 8th floor. The TV is a bit outdated but that is something that is minor. Great, affordable spot to stay. I reccomend this hotel. Great customer service and amenities, including the hot spring onsen and the enriched and yummy breakfast. You can get freely a cozy pijamas and personal items (toothbrushes, shower caps, etc.) It is very convenient and I felt more than welcomed there. I will book again this hotel if I will visit again Sapporo. Arigato gozaimasu!
